公司工會深入一線與職工面對面共商崗位創新大計

  本(ben)(ben)網訊 近期,公(gong)司工會在(zai)工會主席趙(zhao)春棠的(de)(de)(de)帶領下,深入一線與職(zhi)(zhi)工面對(dui)面對(dui)公(gong)司2015年崗位(wei)(wei)創新(xin)工作(zuo)思路進行(xing)討論(lun),并(bing)通過召開動(dong)(dong)員會的(de)(de)(de)方式,為職(zhi)(zhi)工解讀崗位(wei)(wei)創新(xin)工作(zuo)思路,調動(dong)(dong)廣大職(zhi)(zhi)工的(de)(de)(de)積極(ji)性。旨在(zai)發動(dong)(dong)職(zhi)(zhi)工群眾投(tou)入到企業降本(ben)(ben)增效的(de)(de)(de)工作(zuo)中,形(xing)成創新(xin)思路人(ren)(ren)(ren)人(ren)(ren)(ren)想(xiang)、創新(xin)成果人(ren)(ren)(ren)人(ren)(ren)(ren)享的(de)(de)(de)良好氛圍。
  一是2015年(nian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)將(jiang)設立200萬(wan)的(de)崗(gang)位(wei)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新專項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)資金,用來全面激活和調(diao)動職工(gong)(gong)崗(gang)位(wei)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的(de)積(ji)極(ji)性,同時對(dui)崗(gang)位(wei)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)工(gong)(gong)作的(de)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)評審(shen)公(gong)(gong)開(kai)化,始終堅持(chi)公(gong)(gong)開(kai)、公(gong)(gong)平、公(gong)(gong)正的(de)原則,接(jie)受(shou)廣大職工(gong)(gong)的(de)監督,杜(du)絕(jue)管理問題。二是實(shi)現(xian)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)全覆蓋。拓寬項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)范圍(wei),對(dui)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)的(de)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)額(e)度(du)不(bu)做(zuo)限制,只(zhi)要能創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新能創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的(de)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu),不(bu)論類別、不(bu)論大小全部(bu)(bu)(bu)納(na)入(ru)崗(gang)位(wei)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)中,同時無法直接(jie)測算效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)益的(de)管理類項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)均可以申(shen)報(bao)。三(san)是實(shi)行“簡政放(fang)權”。為(wei)進(jin)(jin)一步(bu)減化評審(shen)流程(cheng)及(ji)程(cheng)序,提升基層單(dan)位(wei)自主管理能力,將(jiang)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)交由基層單(dan)位(wei)內(nei)部(bu)(bu)(bu)進(jin)(jin)行審(shen)核驗收認定,公(gong)(gong)司(si)根據內(nei)部(bu)(bu)(bu)認定結果(guo)投(tou)放(fang)適當(dang)獎(jiang)(jiang)勵(li)。四(si)是針對(dui)投(tou)資少、見效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)快、流程(cheng)短、方法簡單(dan)的(de)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu),只(zhi)要是以降本增(zeng)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)為(wei)出發(fa)點,公(gong)(gong)司(si)工(gong)(gong)會將(jiang)適當(dang)調(diao)整政策(ce),避免官(guan)僚主義和形式(shi)主義,協調(diao)解(jie)決項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)推進(jin)(jin)過程(cheng)中遇到的(de)難題,確(que)保職工(gong)(gong)權益。五是延(yan)續現(xian)金獎(jiang)(jiang)勵(li)模(mo)式(shi),實(shi)行誰創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新誰獎(jiang)(jiang)勵(li)。嚴(yan)禁領導干部(bu)(bu)(bu)強行參與獎(jiang)(jiang)勵(li)分配(pei),不(bu)斷調(diao)動一線職工(gong)(gong)積(ji)極(ji)性,讓職工(gong)(gong)一心一意立足崗(gang)位(wei),在付出中受(shou)益,拓寬職工(gong)(gong)收入(ru)渠道,六是為(wei)了掀起萬(wan)余名崗(gang)位(wei)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)活動的(de)新高(gao)潮,公(gong)(gong)司(si)工(gong)(gong)會將(jiang)拿出部(bu)(bu)(bu)分工(gong)(gong)會經費對(dui)活動宣(xuan)傳階段收到良好(hao)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)的(de)單(dan)位(wei)給(gei)予適當(dang)獎(jiang)(jiang)勵(li)。 (王(wang)娟  薛強)
