12月(yue)12日,公司組織召開11月(yue)份設備能源績效管理總結(jie)暨12月(yue)份部(bu)署(shu)會。公司副(fu)總經理王(wang)建軍及各部(bu)門、各單位相關負責同志參加。
會上,組織學習(xi)了(le)《陜(shan)西省特(te)種(zhong)(zhong)設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)重(zhong)大事故隱患判(pan)定標準》《特(te)種(zhong)(zhong)設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)使(shi)用單位(wei)落實使(shi)用安全主體責(ze)任監督(du)管理規定》,通報(bao)了(le)11月(yue)份設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)能源(yuan)(yuan)績效(xiao)管理排(pai)名(ming)情(qing)況,總結(jie)分析了(le)11月(yue)份設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)能源(yuan)(yuan)管理中(zhong)存(cun)在(zai)的不足和亮(liang)點(dian),并從預防管理、關鍵設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)評估、特(te)種(zhong)(zhong)設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)、季節性變化、節能項(xiang)目推進(jin)等方面對12月(yue)份工作(zuo)作(zuo)了(le)專題部署。
王建(jian)軍對(dui)公司(si)11月(yue)份設備(bei)(bei)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)績(ji)效(xiao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)給予肯定(ding),并(bing)要求,一(yi)是(shi)深(shen)入(ru)學習(xi)陜煤(mei)集(ji)團總部(bu)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)大(da)會精神,貫徹“四種經營理(li)(li)(li)念”,落實四項重點工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)措施;二是(shi)針(zhen)對(dui)“三定(ding)”工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),盡快(kuai)明確部(bu)門(men)職責(ze)界(jie)定(ding),優(you)化制(zhi)度流程,確保2025年各項工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)高(gao)(gao)效(xiao)開(kai)展;三是(shi)總結2024年設備(bei)(bei)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),形成(cheng)成(cheng)熟管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)模式,并(bing)依據15項清單(dan)對(dui)設備(bei)(bei)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)專業(ye)進行評價,確保能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)指標(biao)達到最(zui)優(you),實現設備(bei)(bei)故(gu)障頻次穩中有(you)降(jiang),重大(da)等級事故(gu)顯(xian)著減少,系統(tong)事故(gu)零影響;四是(shi)以清單(dan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)為抓手(shou),持續優(you)化完(wan)(wan)善設備(bei)(bei)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)要以最(zui)優(you)指標(biao)為目標(biao),不斷提(ti)升能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)水(shui)平,項目建(jian)設要聚焦主責(ze)主業(ye),確保每(mei)個(ge)項目都能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)夠圍繞公司(si)核心(xin)業(ye)務(wu)開(kai)展,推動(dong)企業(ye)穩步前進;五(wu)是(shi)針(zhen)對(dui)未完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)項目和冬季特殊時段(duan)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)及季節特點,各部(bu)門(men)要切實履行監督(du)責(ze)任(ren)和主體(ti)責(ze)任(ren),發(fa)揮高(gao)(gao)效(xiao)監督(du)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong),堅(jian)持權力、能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)力和責(ze)任(ren)相統(tong)一(yi),確保2024年工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)圓滿(man)收官,2025年工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)有(you)效(xiao)規劃。
