項目簡介:5#機定重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)設(she)備投入(ru)使(shi)用以(yi)來,由于頻繁起落(luo)(luo)稱(cheng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),液壓(ya)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)絲(si)(si)桿自(zi)轉一(yi)方(fang)面造成(cheng)傳(chuan)感器線路繞圈拉扯(che),使(shi)得稱(cheng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)數據(ju)(ju)不(bu)穩,影響(xiang)稱(cheng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)作業,另(ling)一(yi)方(fang)面造成(cheng)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)桿脫絲(si)(si),傳(chuan)感器掉(diao)落(luo)(luo)、損壞。使(shi)用∮14或16鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)長15cm左(zuo)右(you),做(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)吊(diao)框復位手(shou)柄(bing),長30cm角鐵做(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)復位卡(ka)槽(cao)(cao);將(jiang)2根角鐵平行與定重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)臺架(jia)焊接(jie),兩根角鐵相隔4cm左(zuo)右(you),將(jiang)鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)一(yi)頭完(wan)全放入(ru)卡(ka)槽(cao)(cao)內部(bu),另(ling)一(yi)頭垂直與定重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)臺架(jia),水平焊接(jie)到(dao)定重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)絲(si)(si)桿上(shang)。稱(cheng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)過程中絲(si)(si)桿自(zi)轉時,鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)左(zuo)右(you)擺動,通過卡(ka)槽(cao)(cao)的(de)阻擋(dang)達到(dao)阻止其(qi)自(zi)轉的(de)目的(de)(如左(zuo)圖1)。在全公(gong)司(si)范圍內開(kai)展降(jiang)(jiang)本(ben)(ben)(ben)增效活動,精打細算的(de)成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)(ben)意識,我(wo)們對該(gai)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置構造進行了(le)又一(yi)次優(you)化,利用吊(diao)框卡(ka)槽(cao)(cao),使(shi)用“Z”字形直角鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)直接(jie)焊接(jie)到(dao)定重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)絲(si)(si)桿上(shang),達到(dao)了(le)阻止連(lian)(lian)接(jie)絲(si)(si)桿自(zi)轉的(de)目的(de)。大(da)大(da)減少了(le)人員焊接(jie)作業,節省了(le)鋼(gang)(gang)鐵物料(liao),提高了(le)檢修效率。目前5#機8個流已經全部(bu)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang),截至現在未發生傳(chuan)感器掉(diao)落(luo)(luo)的(de)情況,同(tong)時稱(cheng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)數據(ju)(ju)穩定,定重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)合(he)格率由65%提高到(dao)72%(依據(ju)(ju)煉(lian)鋼(gang)(gang)定重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)數據(ju)(ju)集數據(ju)(ju))。為(wei)軋鋼(gang)(gang)廠提供統一(yi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)量標準的(de)鋼(gang)(gang)坯,使(shi)其(qi)定尺率由得到(dao)了(le)穩定、提升,減少了(le)坯料(liao)浪費,為(wei)公(gong)司(si)降(jiang)(jiang)本(ben)(ben)(ben)增效做(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)出(chu)了(le)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)大(da)貢獻。

創新項目:減緩精整垛位緊張,降低熱倒費用

項目簡介:棒線熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)送(song)(song)(song)生產(chan)過程中(zhong),由(you)于鑄(zhu)(zhu)坯彎(wan)曲變形,在(zai)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)送(song)(song)(song)時(shi)輸送(song)(song)(song)輥道兩邊護板經常使鑄(zhu)(zhu)坯卡死,無法(fa)正常熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)送(song)(song)(song),在(zai)處(chu)(chu)理(li)時(shi),由(you)于在(zai)煉鋼(gang)(gang)廠房外,無行車,要使用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)2條(tiao)導鏈,4-5人經4小(xiao)時(shi)左右才能恢復生產(chan),處(chu)(chu)理(li)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)長、費(fei)力,存在(zai)很大安全(quan)隱患,影響鑄(zhu)(zhu)坯熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)送(song)(song)(song),且在(zai)處(chu)(chu)理(li)事(shi)故(gu)過程中(zhong)鑄(zhu)(zhu)坯需用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)車輛(liang)(liang)(liang)轉運到軋鋼(gang)(gang),廠內熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)導車輛(liang)(liang)(liang)按每(mei)(mei)噸3元(yuan)計,4小(xiao)時(shi)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)倒車輛(liang)(liang)(liang)費(fei)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)大概需1800元(yuan)左右。為減少生產(chan)過程中(zhong)產(chan)生的不必要費(fei)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong),節(jie)約(yue)區間(jian)(jian)成本(ben)。利用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)現場(chang)閑(xian)置(zhi)廢舊電葫蘆自(zi)行修復,利用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)2根(gen)140mm工字鋼(gang)(gang)制作滑軌,用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)生產(chan)間(jian)(jian)隙進(jin)行安裝(zhuang)、校正。未改(gai)造(zao)前,月平均因熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)送(song)(song)(song)鑄(zhu)(zhu)坯卡死處(chu)(chu)理(li)事(shi)故(gu),影響生產(chan)導致車輛(liang)(liang)(liang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)倒約(yue)4-5起;平均每(mei)(mei)起按1800元(yuan)算,1800X4=7200元(yuan);每(mei)(mei)年共(gong)12個月共(gong):12X4X1800元(yuan)=86400元(yuan);改(gai)造(zao)后(hou)平均每(mei)(mei)年可(ke)節(jie)約(yue)費(fei)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)86400元(yuan)。

創新項目:減少新區透氣磚斷裂

項目簡介:自2010年煉鋼(gang)新(xin)區(qu)投產后(hou),鋼(gang)包(bao)(bao)(bao)透(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)氣(qi)(qi)磚斷(duan)裂一(yi)直(zhi)未得(de)到徹底(di)控(kong)制,每(mei)(mei)(mei)月有3-4個包(bao)(bao)(bao)出現透(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)氣(qi)(qi)磚斷(duan)裂后(hou)造(zao)(zao)(zao)成(cheng)本爐鋼(gang)包(bao)(bao)(bao)吹(chui)(chui)氬(ya)(ya)效果差,影響鋼(gang)水質(zhi)量;且造(zao)(zao)(zao)成(cheng)包(bao)(bao)(bao)底(di)夾(jia)鋼(gang),帶來極(ji)大(da)的(de)(de)安(an)全隱患,同(tong)(tong)時造(zao)(zao)(zao)成(cheng)生(sheng)(sheng)產成(cheng)本上升。為了解決此(ci)問(wen)題(ti),技術員通過過程跟蹤(zong),查找資料,與其它煉鋼(gang)廠對(dui)標,分析造(zao)(zao)(zao)成(cheng)透(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)氣(qi)(qi)磚斷(duan)裂的(de)(de)原因。為此(ci),要(yao)求鋼(gang)包(bao)(bao)(bao)修砌時,在(zai)透(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)氣(qi)(qi)磚與包(bao)(bao)(bao)底(di)磚周圍預留5-7cm的(de)(de)預留縫使用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)剛(gang)玉澆注料進(jin)行(xing)澆注,優(you)化包(bao)(bao)(bao)底(di)永(yong)久層(ceng)與安(an)全層(ceng)的(de)(de)工(gong)藝,緩解包(bao)(bao)(bao)底(di)磚受熱膨脹產生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)外(wai)力(li)不均勻對(dui)透(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)氣(qi)(qi)磚造(zao)(zao)(zao)成(cheng)的(de)(de)剪切力(li),同(tong)(tong)時要(yao)求鋼(gang)包(bao)(bao)(bao)停(ting)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)前對(dui)透(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)氣(qi)(qi)磚殘鋼(gang)進(jin)行(xing)反吹(chui)(chui),通氮氣(qi)(qi)確保氣(qi)(qi)道暢通,防(fang)止透(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)氣(qi)(qi)磚憋(bie)壓斷(duan)裂。通過改進(jin)鋼(gang)包(bao)(bao)(bao)修砌工(gong)藝及透(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)氣(qi)(qi)磚熱處理工(gong)藝,每(mei)(mei)(mei)月透(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)氣(qi)(qi)磚斷(duan)裂基本為零,吹(chui)(chui)氬(ya)(ya)透(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)氣(qi)(qi)率達到100%,進(jin)一(yi)步提(ti)高鋼(gang)水質(zhi)量。每(mei)(mei)(mei)月減(jian)少(shao)(shao)6-8塊透(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)氣(qi)(qi)磚,每(mei)(mei)(mei)塊透(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)氣(qi)(qi)磚約(yue)2000元(yuan)(yuan),每(mei)(mei)(mei)月可節(jie)約(yue)費(fei)(fei)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)1.2萬-1.6萬元(yuan)(yuan);每(mei)(mei)(mei)次(ci)換完透(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)氣(qi)(qi)磚后(hou)需(xu)要(yao)煤(mei)氣(qi)(qi)烘烤24h后(hou)備用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)上線,每(mei)(mei)(mei)小(xiao)時煤(mei)氣(qi)(qi)費(fei)(fei)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)170元(yuan)(yuan),每(mei)(mei)(mei)個包(bao)(bao)(bao)減(jian)少(shao)(shao)煤(mei)氣(qi)(qi)費(fei)(fei)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)4080元(yuan)(yuan),月節(jie)約(yue)費(fei)(fei)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)1.224—1.632萬元(yuan)(yuan);共計年可降低生(sheng)(sheng)產費(fei)(fei)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)29.08—38.78萬元(yuan)(yuan)/年。

項目簡介:在(zai)生(sheng)(sheng)產過(guo)程中,停(ting)(ting)(ting)爐(lu)停(ting)(ting)(ting)機現(xian)象較多(duo),停(ting)(ting)(ting)爐(lu)停(ting)(ting)(ting)機后(hou)必須下線(xian)2-3個(ge)(ge)包(bao)(bao)(bao)作為(wei)備用(yong)包(bao)(bao)(bao),而在(zai)線(xian)周轉使用(yong)的(de)鋼包(bao)(bao)(bao),停(ting)(ting)(ting)下來(lai)后(hou)必須進行烘(hong)烤(kao)(kao)保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen),有時(shi)(shi)(shi)停(ting)(ting)(ting)用(yong)的(de)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間可(ke)(ke)以達(da)到10個(ge)(ge)小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)以上(shang),鋼包(bao)(bao)(bao)保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)烘(hong)烤(kao)(kao)就(jiu)需烘(hong)烤(kao)(kao)10個(ge)(ge)小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi),因此多(duo)用(yong)了10個(ge)(ge)小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)煤(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)氣(qi),通(tong)過(guo)鋼包(bao)(bao)(bao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)段與生(sheng)(sheng)產技術科的(de)協商,制作專用(yong)鋼包(bao)(bao)(bao)蓋(gai)(gai)對(dui)停(ting)(ting)(ting)用(yong)的(de)多(duo)個(ge)(ge)包(bao)(bao)(bao)蓋(gai)(gai)進行加蓋(gai)(gai)保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen),通(tong)過(guo)過(guo)程跟(gen)蹤統計(ji),可(ke)(ke)保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)10個(ge)(ge)小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)左右,包(bao)(bao)(bao)壁溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)仍能滿足上(shang)線(xian)備用(yong)包(bao)(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)要求,達(da)到200℃以上(shang),節(jie)約(yue)了烘(hong)烤(kao)(kao)保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)煤(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)氣(qi),同時(shi)(shi)(shi)降低了烘(hong)烤(kao)(kao)產生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)二氧化碳,提高了現(xian)場(chang)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作環境。針對(dui)生(sheng)(sheng)產計(ji)劃調整,每月(yue)停(ting)(ting)(ting)爐(lu)停(ting)(ting)(ting)機次數(shu)增多(duo)的(de)情況,月(yue)平均(jun)停(ting)(ting)(ting)爐(lu)停(ting)(ting)(ting)機10次以上(shang),每次保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)平均(jun)5小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi),每小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)煤(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)氣(qi)費(fei)用(yong)170元(yuan),月(yue)可(ke)(ke)節(jie)約(yue)煤(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)氣(qi)費(fei)用(yong)170元(yuan)/h*5h*2個(ge)(ge)*10次=4.25萬元(yuan)/月(yue),年可(ke)(ke)節(jie)約(yue)51萬元(yuan)煤(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)氣(qi)費(fei)用(yong),極(ji)大的(de)節(jie)約(yue)了煤(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)氣(qi)消耗,緩(huan)解了公司煤(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)氣(qi)供(gong)應(ying)不足的(de)問(wen)題。可(ke)(ke)用(yong)于金屬容(rong)器(qi)鐵水包(bao)(bao)(bao)、鋼包(bao)(bao)(bao)的(de)保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen),減緩(huan)包(bao)(bao)(bao)襯(chen)熱量(liang)流失。

創新項目:新區鋼包引流砂投放方式優化

項目簡介:自(zi)新區大包(bao)加蓋投(tou)(tou)運(yun)后,引流砂(sha)(sha)(sha)的(de)(de)人工投(tou)(tou)放方式一直(zhi)影(ying)響投(tou)(tou)砂(sha)(sha)(sha)的(de)(de)準確性和大包(bao)自(zi)開率,造成引流砂(sha)(sha)(sha)的(de)(de)用(yong)量增加。通(tong)過過程(cheng)跟(gen)蹤分析,主要原因是人員在垂(chui)直(zhi)投(tou)(tou)砂(sha)(sha)(sha)過程(cheng),引流砂(sha)(sha)(sha)在下落過程(cheng)碰撞包(bao)蓋孔邊緣(yuan)使引流砂(sha)(sha)(sha)的(de)(de)運(yun)動軌(gui)跡(ji)發(fa)生改變,導致引流砂(sha)(sha)(sha)投(tou)(tou)不(bu)到(dao)水口內。

本發明提出一種新式的灌(guan)(guan)(guan)砂(sha)裝置,它可以滿足(zu)大包全程加蓋(gai)后(hou)的灌(guan)(guan)(guan)砂(sha)作(zuo)業(ye),具有操作(zuo)簡單、維護量少、無故障率(lv)、定位(wei)(wei)(wei)準(zhun)確,通過在鋼(gang)包出鋼(gang)前運行線路上方制(zhi)作(zuo)一個軌道、移動小車及(ji)旋(xuan)轉軸,小車上焊接一個專用灌(guan)(guan)(guan)砂(sha)斗(dou)和¢150mm的鋼(gang)管,鋼(gang)管垂直(zhi)對準(zhun)水口(kou),當鋼(gang)包運行到區域范(fan)圍(wei)內(nei),人推(tui)小車在軌道上帶動灌(guan)(guan)(guan)砂(sha)斗(dou)調(diao)整縱向灌(guan)(guan)(guan)砂(sha)位(wei)(wei)(wei)置,縱向到位(wei)(wei)(wei)后(hou),旋(xuan)轉灌(guan)(guan)(guan)砂(sha)斗(dou)微(wei)調(diao)橫向位(wei)(wei)(wei)置,達到準(zhun)確對中后(hou),進行灌(guan)(guan)(guan)砂(sha)作(zuo)業(ye)。

有效避免了(le)(le)手(shou)扔砂(sha)(sha)位(wei)置(zhi)不準確導致(zhi)水口灌(guan)不滿及引(yin)(yin)流(liu)(liu)砂(sha)(sha)浪費情(qing)況的(de)發生,減少了(le)(le)開(kai)澆燒(shao)氧幾率,提高了(le)(le)鋼水質量(liang),增加了(le)(le)鋼水連澆爐數。本實用(yong)新型具有不占用(yong)行車、對中時(shi)間短(duan)、節(jie)(jie)約(yue)引(yin)(yin)流(liu)(liu)砂(sha)(sha)、操作方(fang)便等特點。每爐用(yong)量(liang)降(jiang)低(di)10kg,月(yue)生產2200爐,可節(jie)(jie)約(yue)22噸引(yin)(yin)流(liu)(liu)砂(sha)(sha),每噸引(yin)(yin)流(liu)(liu)砂(sha)(sha)2000元(yuan),月(yue)可節(jie)(jie)約(yue)4.4萬元(yuan),節(jie)(jie)約(yue)大(da)氧管費用(yong)2200爐*10%*5元(yuan)=1100元(yuan)/月(yue)。降(jiang)低(di)難燒(shao)重接堵流(liu)(liu)事(shi)故(gu)(gu),降(jiang)低(di)機件(jian)燒(shao)穿造成的(de)金屬(shu)容器外泄安全事(shi)故(gu)(gu)。

創新項目:自行設計制作提升機螺旋及傳動底座改造

項目簡介:新區轉爐濁環(huan)粗顆粒(li)提升機在運行過(guo)程中(zhong)因介質原(yuan)因導致螺(luo)旋葉片磨損嚴(yan)重,由于傳(chuan)動裝置底座為固定(ding)式,檢(jian)修難度大,檢(jian)修維護時必須使用吊車(che)進行吊裝,人員(yuan)作業強(qiang)大極大。

利用(yong)檢(jian)修(xiu)實地測繪原裝(zhuang)螺旋(xuan),優化不(bu)(bu)合(he)理的地方,自(zi)行(xing)設(she)計(ji)制作,將葉(xie)片(pian)材料改為(wei)(wei)16#耐磨錳鋼,并將傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)底座(zuo)改為(wei)(wei)活動(dong)(dong)式(shi),可>180°進行(xing)旋(xuan)轉,改后使用(yong)倒鏈進行(xing)輕便作業,無需使用(yong)吊車(che),節約吊車(che)費(fei)用(yong)。通過自(zi)行(xing)設(she)計(ji)制作提升機(ji)螺旋(xuan),優化其在(zai)(zai)運行(xing)過程(cheng)中存在(zai)(zai)的各種(zhong)問(wen)題,延長了設(she)備運行(xing)周期且降低設(she)備備件采購費(fei)用(yong)、并將傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)底座(zuo)改為(wei)(wei)活動(dong)(dong)式(shi),在(zai)(zai)不(bu)(bu)使用(yong)吊車(che)的情況下根據(ju)生產(chan)實際進行(xing)檢(jian)修(xiu)維護,使吊裝(zhuang)費(fei)用(yong)大(da)(da)大(da)(da)降低,實現與生產(chan)同步(bu)。

年節約費用(yong)約16.2萬。

項目簡介:混鐵(tie)爐(lu)(lu)過跨(kua)車主要負(fu)責(ze)將混鐵(tie)爐(lu)(lu)鐵(tie)水(shui)倒運,供給(gei)爐(lu)(lu)前煉鋼(gang)使用(yong)(yong),過跨(kua)車電(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)秤(cheng)直(zhi)接影(ying)響吹煉需(xu)加入(ru)鐵(tie)水(shui)量,根據工(gong)藝設計,該過跨(kua)車上共安裝電(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)秤(cheng)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)8個,在(zai)翻(fan)鐵(tie)過程(cheng)中(zhong),8臺(tai)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)同時(shi)受力,這時(shi)因8臺(tai)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)同時(shi)需(xu)供電(dian)(dian),電(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)秤(cheng)死機(ji),故障頻繁現象,無(wu)法(fa)滿(man)足(zu)(zu)翻(fan)鐵(tie)要求;多次更換新設備仍出現同類情(qing)(qing)況,針對此種情(qing)(qing)況,專門成立攻關小組,對該電(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)秤(cheng)存在(zai)問(wen)題進行攻關,通過長(chang)時(shi)間(jian)研(yan)究發現,該電(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)秤(cheng)由于同時(shi)帶動(dong)8臺(tai)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi),電(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)秤(cheng)電(dian)(dian)源功率不(bu)能滿(man)足(zu)(zu)使用(yong)(yong),對其(qi)采用(yong)(yong)外部供電(dian)(dian)模式(shi),通過外部大功率供電(dian)(dian),滿(man)足(zu)(zu)8個傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)供電(dian)(dian)要求,同時(shi)采集傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)信號;這樣可以(yi)確(que)保混鐵(tie)爐(lu)(lu)翻(fan)鐵(tie)正常。通過提(ti)高過跨(kua)車電(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)秤(cheng)穩定性(xing),一方面降低(di)人員勞動(dong)強度(不(bu)用(yong)(yong)人員在(zai)混鐵(tie)爐(lu)(lu)上方查看(kan)扎線翻(fan)鐵(tie)),同時(shi)為轉爐(lu)(lu)煉鋼(gang)提(ti)供準(zhun)確(que)鐵(tie)水(shui)重量。混鐵(tie)爐(lu)(lu)翻(fan)鐵(tie)重量穩定準(zhun)確(que)稱量,有利(li)于控制鋼(gang)水(shui)質量,增加爐(lu)(lu)前操作穩定性(xing)。

項目簡介:原5#連鑄機振動減(jian)速(su)機為(wei)重載高速(su)型(xing),輸出(chu)(chu)軸(zhou)為(wei)空(kong)心(xin)軸(zhou),在使用(yong)裝(zhuang)配(pei)時需要(yao)雙向輸出(chu)(chu),則需要(yao)裝(zhuang)配(pei)相應的輸出(chu)(chu)軸(zhou),由(you)于(yu)輸出(chu)(chu)軸(zhou)與減(jian)速(su)機之間的裝(zhuang)配(pei)要(yao)求為(wei)過渡(du)配(pei)合,裝(zhuang)配(pei)精度要(yao)求較高,裝(zhuang)配(pei)難度大,由(you)于(yu)客觀原因,裝(zhuang)配(pei)精度達(da)不到要(yao)求,導致減(jian)速(su)機空(kong)心(xin)軸(zhou)鍵(jian)槽滾鍵(jian)而(er)損壞。

項目簡介:目前煉鋼廠(chang)天車在線使用羅克韋爾變(bian)頻器共113臺(tai),最大功(gong)率變(bian)頻器為820A。最小22A,由于行(xing)車為特(te)種設備,變(bian)頻器工(gong)作(zuo)條件復雜(za),同時我們因維(wei)護技術無法跟上(shang)設備更新換代需求(qiu),因此(ci)出現部分(fen)變(bian)頻器不同程度損害。

近年(nian)我們隨著(zhu)專(zhuan)業技術(shu)逐(zhu)步提升,針對所更換損壞(huai)(huai)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),結合行(xing)(xing)(xing)車變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)使用(yong)(yong)特點。從在(zai)(zai)線(xian)設備,和(he)離線(xian)備件(jian)全(quan)方位提高變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)有(you)效(xiao)利用(yong)(yong)率。1、針對新(xin)區加(jia)料(liao)2號(hao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)車起升機構三年(nian)燒壞(huai)(huai)6臺(tai)260A變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的問題(ti)(ti),我們通過(guo)分析(xi)研究,重新(xin)編寫控(kong)制程序,采(cai)用(yong)(yong)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)率檢(jian)測停(ting)車控(kong)制方案(an),解(jie)決(jue)了大電流(liu)停(ting)車問題(ti)(ti)。從13年(nian)8月改造(zao)后,至(zhi)今加(jia)料(liao)2號(hao)主鉤變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)運行(xing)(xing)(xing)正常。2,我們對之(zhi)前更換下來的損壞(huai)(huai)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)。打破思(si)維,創新(xin)維護。通過(guo)拆(chai)解(jie)、測量、對比、析(xi)、上網查閱資料(liao)、同框架變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)相同配件(jian)相互替換、現場模(mo)擬(ni)實驗。兩(liang)年(nian)來自行(xing)(xing)(xing)修(xiu)復變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)AB700s型(730安一臺(tai),820安一臺(tai)),AB755型302安變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)兩(liang)臺(tai),AB700型(260安變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)一臺(tai),140安變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)兩(liang)臺(tai))。并(bing)自行(xing)(xing)(xing)總結出羅克(ke)韋爾變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)維修(xiu)方案(an)。采(cai)用(yong)(yong)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)率檢(jian)測停(ting)車控(kong)制方案(an)。延長260安變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)使用(yong)(yong)周(zhou)期(qi),根據(ju)以往使用(yong)(yong)周(zhou)期(qi)計算,兩(liang)年(nian)節(jie)約(yue)260安變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)4臺(tai)。節(jie)約(yue)260安變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)11萬(wan)元×4臺(tai)=44萬(wan)。先后維修(xiu)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)合計7臺(tai),結合外(wai)圍維修(xiu)成本(ben)(ben)共(gong)可(ke)結余49萬(wan)。改造(zao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)車控(kong)制程序,保護變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)延長使用(yong)(yong)壽命,節(jie)約(yue)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)更換成本(ben)(ben)節(jie)約(yue)44萬(wan)。現在(zai)(zai)已(yi)在(zai)(zai)煉(lian)鋼廠和(he)環保公司(si)行(xing)(xing)(xing)車推(tui)廣(guang),本(ben)(ben)項(xiang)目可(ke)在(zai)(zai)公司(si)全(quan)面推(tui)廣(guang)。

創新項目:煉鋼除氧器結構優化提升余熱鍋爐運行壽命

項目簡介:除(chu)氧器(qi)的(de)主要作用是通(tong)過高溫除(chu)去鍋(guo)爐(lu)給(gei)水(shui)中的(de)氧氣和其它不凝結的(de)氣體,以保證給(gei)水(shui)品質,延緩鍋(guo)爐(lu)內部腐(fu)蝕,提高鍋(guo)爐(lu)及其供水(shui)管道的(de)使用壽(shou)命。除(chu)氧器(qi)在(zai)運行過程中,由于加(jia)熱方式單一(yi),可(ke)操作性差,加(jia)熱效果不達標,蒸汽利用率低(di)(di),供水(shui)溫度不穩(wen)定,導(dao)致鍋(guo)爐(lu)使用壽(shou)命大幅降低(di)(di)。

針對這一疑難問題,利用檢(jian)修期間分步(bu)對除氧器結構進行優化:

1、將(jiang)除氧塔與(yu)除氧水箱加(jia)熱(re)改為兩路獨立控制,提高(gao)加(jia)熱(re)效率和(he)蒸(zheng)汽利用率。

2、在除氧水(shui)箱頂部(bu)進水(shui)口加裝過濾裝置,同時將除氧水(shui)箱各外供水(shui)管道(dao)(3根∮273)向內(nei)延伸200mm,有效杜絕除氧水(shui)箱內(nei)的雜物(wu)堵塞(sai)管道(dao)。

3、煙罩(zhao)供水管(guan)加裝(zhuang)閥門進行控(kong)制(zhi),檢修時(shi)可(ke)不排除氧器水,同時(shi)可(ke)縮短生產準備時(shi)間1小時(shi)。

余(yu)熱(re)鍋爐整體成(cheng)本費(fei)用(yong)約120萬元(yuan),平(ping)均使用(yong)壽命3年(nian),經此項改造,可延長鍋爐壽命1-2年(nian),可創效(xiao)30萬元(yuan)/年(nian)×1.5年(nian)=45萬元(yuan)。

通過除氧(yang)(yang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)結構優化,提(ti)升除氧(yang)(yang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的運行效(xiao)率,供(gong)水溫度由80℃提(ti)高(gao)至(zhi)104℃以上;提(ti)高(gao)鍋(guo)爐(lu)(lu)供(gong)水水質(zhi),降低鍋(guo)爐(lu)(lu)水氧(yang)(yang)含量,同時(shi)(shi)杜絕除氧(yang)(yang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)內部雜質(zhi)進入到鍋(guo)爐(lu)(lu)循環(huan)系統,以及減少檢(jian)修期(qi)間除氧(yang)(yang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的排水次數,通過該項改(gai)造(zao)可是鍋(guo)爐(lu)(lu)使用(yong)壽命(ming)能夠有效(xiao)延長1-2年(nian),同時(shi)(shi)可推廣至(zhi)煉(lian)鋼老系統4臺除氧(yang)(yang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)以及其他使用(yong)除氧(yang)(yang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的單位。

創新項目:一種推拉式連鑄中間包機構件護板

項目簡介:原連鑄中(zhong)間包機構護板(ban)采用的是在中(zhong)間包機構件(jian)(jian)上通過柱銷懸(xuan)掛一塊鑄鐵(tie)板(ban),其(qi)作(zuo)用是防(fang)止在敞開澆鑄的工藝條件(jian)(jian)下,鋼(gang)(gang)渣(zha)濺至水口滑道(dao),導致(zhi)更換水口時不(bu)能更換或因(yin)此導致(zhi)中(zhong)間包機構件(jian)(jian)發(fa)生穿鋼(gang)(gang)事故(gu)。

此種(zhong)結構(gou)一方面是鑄(zhu)(zhu)鐵(tie)板(ban)成(cheng)(cheng)本高,柱銷(xiao)連接經(jing)常出(chu)現螺紋(wen)損壞,經(jing)常需要(yao)更換柱銷(xiao),且在生(sheng)產(chan)過程中會(hui)有因柱銷(xiao)掉(diao)落(luo)而(er)導致護板(ban)掉(diao)落(luo),發生(sheng)安全和生(sheng)產(chan)事故。重新(xin)設計中間包(bao)機構(gou)件(jian)護板(ban),采用δ=10mm的鋼板(ban)制作,兩側用50#角鋼焊接成(cheng)(cheng)“[”槽(cao)鋼樣(yang)式,上槽(cao)口懸(xuan)掛在中間包(bao)結構(gou)件(jian)左右托導板(ban)的外側。鋼板(ban)面積(ji)為(wei)300*300mm,角鋼用料(liao)(liao)長度為(wei)300mm,這(zhe)些(xie)料(liao)(liao)基本上現場(chang)的下腳料(liao)(liao)就可滿(man)足日常消耗,不(bu)需刻意準備新(xin)材料(liao)(liao)進(jin)行制作。每年(nian)消耗鑄(zhu)(zhu)鐵(tie)板(ban)約450片,連接柱銷(xiao)約1500件(jian),消耗成(cheng)(cheng)本約為(wei):450片*285元/片+1500件(jian)*22元/件(jian)=161250元,成(cheng)(cheng)本價(jia)約為(wei):10元/片節約價(jia)值:161250-450片*10元/片=156750元

項目簡介:目前煉鋼老區中(zhong)包(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)烤(kao)(kao)使(shi)(shi)用焦爐煤(mei)(mei)氣(qi)(qi),中(zhong)包(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)烤(kao)(kao)器(qi)(qi)(qi)為(wei)(wei)(wei)直(zhi)燃(ran)式(shi)(shi),焦爐煤(mei)(mei)氣(qi)(qi)用量大,例如1#連(lian)鑄(zhu)機單(dan)臺(tai)中(zhong)包(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)平均烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)烤(kao)(kao)時(shi)間(jian)為(wei)(wei)(wei)10小(xiao)時(shi),消耗(hao)(hao)量3842 Nm3/h(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)10包(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)次(ci)平均值(zhi)),不利(li)于節(jie)(jie)能(neng)降耗(hao)(hao)目的(de);    現(xian)(xian)將(jiang)焦爐煤(mei)(mei)氣(qi)(qi)管道更換為(wei)(wei)(wei)轉(zhuan)爐煤(mei)(mei)氣(qi)(qi)管道,同時(shi)將(jiang)焦爐煤(mei)(mei)氣(qi)(qi)直(zhi)燃(ran)式(shi)(shi)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)烤(kao)(kao)器(qi)(qi)(qi)改造為(wei)(wei)(wei)轉(zhuan)爐煤(mei)(mei)氣(qi)(qi)蓄(xu)熱(re)式(shi)(shi)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)烤(kao)(kao)器(qi)(qi)(qi),煤(mei)(mei)氣(qi)(qi)使(shi)(shi)用量為(wei)(wei)(wei)1000Nm3/h,單(dan)臺(tai)中(zhong)間(jian)包(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)烤(kao)(kao)時(shi)間(jian)為(wei)(wei)(wei)4~6小(xiao)時(shi),使(shi)(shi)用蓄(xu)熱(re)式(shi)(shi)中(zhong)包(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)烤(kao)(kao)器(qi)(qi)(qi),可以(yi)有效降低煤(mei)(mei)氣(qi)(qi)用量和用氣(qi)(qi)成本(ben)(ben),實(shi)現(xian)(xian)節(jie)(jie)能(neng)降耗(hao)(hao)的(de)目的(de),同時(shi)該蓄(xu)熱(re)式(shi)(shi)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)烤(kao)(kao)器(qi)(qi)(qi)可手動和自動互換操作,而且(qie)具(ju)有壓力報(bao)警、煤(mei)(mei)氣(qi)(qi)報(bao)警和廢氣(qi)(qi)處理功能(neng)。1#機中(zhong)包(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)烤(kao)(kao)使(shi)(shi)用轉(zhuan)爐煤(mei)(mei)氣(qi)(qi),烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)烤(kao)(kao)器(qi)(qi)(qi)為(wei)(wei)(wei)蓄(xu)熱(re)式(shi)(shi),轉(zhuan)爐煤(mei)(mei)氣(qi)(qi)價格為(wei)(wei)(wei)0.17元/m3,經測(ce)定(ding)1#連(lian)鑄(zhu)機中(zhong)間(jian)包(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)平均單(dan)臺(tai)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)烤(kao)(kao)時(shi)間(jian)約6小(xiao)時(shi),其中(zhong)測(ce)定(ding)烤(kao)(kao)包(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)末溫度(du)923℃,最高970℃,消耗(hao)(hao)量均為(wei)(wei)(wei)800 m3/h(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)10包(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)次(ci)平均值(zhi)),烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)烤(kao)(kao)一個(ge)中(zhong)包(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(轉(zhuan)爐煤(mei)(mei)氣(qi)(qi))用氣(qi)(qi)成本(ben)(ben)為(wei)(wei)(wei):6h*800m3/h*0.17元/m3=816元;1#連(lian)鑄(zhu)機年至少烤(kao)(kao)包(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)300次(ci),年節(jie)(jie)約費用:816×300天=244800元

項目簡介:煉鋼(gang)老(lao)區(qu)余熱(re)鍋(guo)爐(lu)(lu),其(qi)單爐(lu)(lu)蒸發量(liang)12t/h,且每(mei)臺(tai)余熱(re)鍋(guo)爐(lu)(lu)配置有一臺(tai)除(chu)(chu)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),正常的(de)(de)(de)(de)除(chu)(chu)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)應該在(zai)(zai)104℃左右(you)除(chu)(chu)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)效(xiao)(xiao)果好,但(dan)是由(you)(you)于(yu)補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)低(di)15~25℃,補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)量(liang)較大,其(qi)除(chu)(chu)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)不能有效(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)穩定在(zai)(zai)104℃左右(you),在(zai)(zai)補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)時,除(chu)(chu)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)往(wang)往(wang)降低(di)到(dao)100℃以下,難以保(bao)證除(chu)(chu)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)除(chu)(chu)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)效(xiao)(xiao)果,由(you)(you)于(yu)除(chu)(chu)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)水(shui)(shui)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)影響,其(qi)水(shui)(shui)中氧(yang)(yang)(yang)含量(liang)高,鍋(guo)爐(lu)(lu)系統腐蝕(shi)嚴(yan)重(zhong),焊接爐(lu)(lu)口和煙罩頻繁,對(dui)煉鋼(gang)安全生(sheng)產(chan)已經(jing)產(chan)生(sheng)影響。現決定對(dui)1#轉爐(lu)(lu)除(chu)(chu)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)進行改(gai)造,在(zai)(zai)其(qi)前端增(zeng)加(jia)一臺(tai)補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)換熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)量(liang)60t/t,換熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)利用余熱(re)蒸汽進行加(jia)熱(re)水(shui)(shui)質,換熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)出水(shui)(shui)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)達到(dao)70℃以上,在(zai)(zai)供給除(chu)(chu)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)使用, 由(you)(you)于(yu)除(chu)(chu)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)補(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)提高,溫(wen)(wen)(wen)降減小,除(chu)(chu)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)始終保(bao)持在(zai)(zai)104℃左右(you),能夠(gou)有效(xiao)(xiao)解(jie)決因供水(shui)(shui)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)低(di),除(chu)(chu)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)內溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)波動大,影響除(chu)(chu)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)除(chu)(chu)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)效(xiao)(xiao)果,而產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)腐蝕(shi)問題,提高鍋(guo)爐(lu)(lu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)使用壽命。

創新項目:一種轉爐更換出鋼口套磚工藝優化

項目簡介:目前(qian)新區轉(zhuan)爐(lu)(lu)在更換出(chu)鋼口套管的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)過(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong),采(cai)取濺完(wan)渣(zha)從大(da)(da)面(mian)倒掉(diao)(diao)渣(zha)子(zi),然后(hou)(hou)用擴(kuo)孔(kong)(kong)機(ji)擴(kuo)完(wan)孔(kong)(kong)下套管,但是在轉(zhuan)爐(lu)(lu)生產(chan)過(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong),由于舊(jiu)套管中(zhong)(zhong)轉(zhuan)爐(lu)(lu)渣(zha)粘的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)較厚(hou),擴(kuo)孔(kong)(kong)機(ji)擴(kuo)孔(kong)(kong)進(jin)度很慢,需(xu)要(yao)1小時(shi)以上才能(neng)擴(kuo)好孔(kong)(kong);同(tong)時(shi)目前(qian)鐵水硅高,渣(zha)料加入過(guo)多(duo),導(dao)致爐(lu)(lu)底上漲較快(kuai),需(xu)要(yao)進(jin)行(xing)吹(chui)爐(lu)(lu)底作業(ye),保(bao)證轉(zhuan)爐(lu)(lu)爐(lu)(lu)型。出(chu)完(wan)鋼后(hou)(hou)不進(jin)行(xing)濺渣(zha)操作,而(er)是倒掉(diao)(diao)部分渣(zha)進(jin)行(xing)吹(chui)爐(lu)(lu)底作業(ye),吹(chui)掃(sao)完(wan)畢后(hou)(hou),從小面(mian)倒出(chu)渣(zha)子(zi),化(hua)爐(lu)(lu)底的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)同(tong)時(shi)沖掉(diao)(diao)套磚(zhuan)中(zhong)(zhong)粘附的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)轉(zhuan)爐(lu)(lu)渣(zha),使(shi)下套轉(zhuan)擴(kuo)孔(kong)(kong)作業(ye)能(neng)夠更快(kuai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)完(wan)成。使(shi)用本方法后(hou)(hou)可以減(jian)少(shao)擴(kuo)孔(kong)(kong)時(shi)間至20分鐘左右;減(jian)少(shao)對轉(zhuan)爐(lu)(lu)大(da)(da)磚(zhuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)損害(hai);減(jian)少(shao)出(chu)鋼口填(tian)充料的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)使(shi)用;減(jian)少(shao)擴(kuo)孔(kong)(kong)機(ji)鉆頭的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)磨損;減(jian)少(shao)擴(kuo)孔(kong)(kong)機(ji)油料的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)使(shi)用;每月創效9500元;同(tong)時(shi)大(da)(da)量(liang)減(jian)輕人員勞動量(liang),增(zeng)強員工生產(chan)自信(xin)心。
